Terumiu Platform Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Terumiu platform ("Platform"). Individual services on the Platform (such as Grader) are also subject to their own service-specific terms in addition to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all use of the Platform between you and us. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
2. Account
Use of the Platform requires an account created via our authentication provider. Users under 13 may not use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must obtain consent from a legal guardian.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in unlawful activities, infringe on others’ rights, attack or overload the Platform, scrape content via automated means, impersonate others, harass other users, or engage in other activities we reasonably deem inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software and content, belong to us or our licensors.
5. Disclaimer
We do not warrant the Platform’s accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when we deem it necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on the Platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
