Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and us regarding the use of the Service. Any separate guidelines published on the Service (including the Privacy Policy) form an integral part of these Terms.

Rights to text, images, responses, and other information that Users post, transmit, or provide on the Service ("User Content") belong to the respective User. However, Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and otherwise use User Content to the extent necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service, including assessments, templates, designs, software, and other content, belong to us or the respective rights holders. Users may not use any of these beyond the scope expressly permitted under these Terms.

Advertisements from us or third parties may be displayed on the Service. We are not responsible for the content or services of any third-party websites linked from the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will have any particular function, accuracy, or usefulness, that it will be continuously available, or that it will be free of errors or defects. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising in connection with the Service.

If a User violates any of these Terms, or if we otherwise deem it necessary, we may suspend the User's access, delete the account, or take any other measures we consider appropriate, without prior notice.

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms become effective when posted on the Service, and continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
